Why can't I click the "Start" button immediately after launching an e-Learning module?

You must wait until the NETg copyright box disappears from the screen before you attempt to click the "Start" button in the content delivery browser. e-Learning modules are not fully loaded until the copyright box disappears. This should take only 20 to 30 seconds.
