If you purchased the online testing version of our product(s), or display the demo list and they fail to appear you need to check for a pop-up blocker installed on your machine. A popup spawns a separate window to display a new function call. If you have a popup blocker running these functions or features will not display. Disable the popup blocker and the �spawned� windows will display the feature screen. Freeware often includes popup blockers that you may not be aware of.

The following are examples of popular pop up blockers:

1) Google Task Bar - disable the popup blocker function from the option menu.The "Site popups allowed" button does not work in this case.

2) Zone Labs Integrity Client also contains a popup blocker has a default setting of on. This is a centrally controlled function and you may need to ask your administrator if it exists on your network.

3) AOL v9.0 has a popup blocker that needs to be disabled.
