I get an error when trying to retrieve automatic updates to my product
If the "Check for Updates" feature within the practice test gives you an error, first try deleting your temporary internet files and try the update again. If that doesn't work, login to our website and download the test file again from the Access Products page. Install this file on top of your existing installation. This process will also give you the latest test version available. NOTE: If your program crashes after installing a new test file from the website, completely remove the test and make sure the \selftest directory is deleted, re-download and install a new test engine and exam file(s). Start the test and reauthorize. |
