Description:
This 2-hour workshop describes how to process XML data in-memory by using the Document Object Model (DOM). You will learn how to load an XML document into a DOM tree, and how to validate the XML document against an XML schema. You will also learn how to read existing XML content and save the DOM tree to an XML document. As a workshop, most of your learning will take place during the extensive lab. Objectives:
Explain DOM and DOM trees, and describe how to process XML data in memory by using DOM and how to represent XML documents as a DOM tree. Read and modify XML data by using DOM.
