If you have two consecutive non-passing scores within 90 days of purchasing a Kaplan SelfTest practice test, we'll promptly return every penny of the product cost—no hassle whatsoever.

Below are some things to note before claiming our 90-Day Pass Guarantee.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Applies only to single-user licensed Kaplan Self Test Software practice tests purchased directly from the Kaplan SelfTest website and not through any Kaplan SelfTest distribution channel.
• All refunds will be prorated to reflect any bundle and discount pricing.
• Refunds can only be credited to the card used for your original order. If your card is no longer valid your refund will be issued via check.
• The pass your test guarantee is not applicable to exams taken before the corresponding Kaplan SelfTest practice test was purchased.
• Claims for the guarantee must be completed within 120 days of purchasing the Kaplan SelfTest practice test.
• Guarantee does not apply to Study Guides, Online Learning Courses, or Office 2010 products offered through Kaplan SelfTest.
• When you claim our 90-Day Pass Guarantee, all online practice test(s) will be removed from your account and you must delete and destroy downloaded product(s), including CD-ROMs.
